GoClipp (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the independent professionals who use our application. Our approach is simple: your data is yours.

Data storage and collection

GoClipp does not collect, transmit, or store your client records on our external servers. Client names, service records, text notes, photos, and videos created in GoClipp are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your client lists, media, notes, or service history.

Device permissions

GoClipp may request access to your device’s camera, microphone, photo library, and speech-recognition features so you can record video and audio, add photos, and dictate notes. These permissions are used only to provide the features you choose to use. You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings.

Tracking, analytics, and advertising

GoClipp does not use third-party advertising SDKs, sell or rent personal information, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Backups and device changes

Because GoClipp records are stored on your device, you are responsible for making the in-app export backup and separately backing up your photos and videos before replacing, resetting, or losing access to your device.

Children’s privacy

GoClipp is a professional work tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
